Cancellations

If printing or picking has not commenced on your order, an order may be canceled and a full refund provided by replying to your confirmation email.

In the event of a refund or cancellation, customers will receive funds back using their original payment method only generally within about five (5) to seven (7) working days of being notified. This timeframe is required due to bank processing times, which are beyond our control. Every bank is different, and this process may be quicker or slower (depending on your bank, financial institution, payment provider, or the like). 

Exchanges

Customers are welcome to return plain un-printed fabric for exchange.

Just reply to our confirmation email within 14-days of receiving your plain fabric. Fabric for exchange must be received within 30-days.

Condition: fabric must be uncut, unsewn, clean, and in its original packaging - suitable for resale. We do not accept printed fabrics for exchange (see below) unless in the event of a physical fabric defect.

Return postage at the customer's expense.

If you exchange your original purchase for a more expensive item, any balance payable will need to be settled prior to shipment of the replacement/exchanged item. Any credit will be provided as store credit.

Refunds

In accordance with Fair Trading, we are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

  • is unsafe

  • is significantly different from the sample or description

  • does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. 

All claims must be in a reasonable time, usually 14-days from receiving the goods.
